About Lei Ann
I am a fourth- year student in the PEAK program, and I am conducting research for my graduation thesis with the Shefferson lab. In PEAK, I study environmental sciences with an emphasis on the role of the social-ecological system in contemporary environmental issues. I am interested in the conservation of endangered species and plant evolutionary ecology. Through my research, I hope to further my understanding of how human activity impacts plant evolution and, in particular, how plant traits evolve as a response to climate change.
